Smoking is not allowed in the whole house even with e-cig.

For your safety there are 2 smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

and a fire extinguisher

Pets are welcome at no charge: we will leave a bowls mat, linen and, if required, a bed.

Guests are not allowed to leave pets alone in the house: if needed, a pet sitting service can be asked in advance.

Price

€ 60/per night + € 15 for final cleaning

1 – 2 nights stays are allowed at 65€/per night

Payments can be effected by bank transfer, cash or with:

Price for the 3rd person: € 15,00/per night

Early check-in/late check-out can be possibile based on availability of the house at extra price of 20€
